Modular system of temperature control for hot channels in moulds for plastic injection.

The modulated systems of the DC550 are based in modules, specially conceived for the temperature control of hot channels in moulds for the plastic injection.

The develop of this equipment is revealed when working with moulds of multiple cavities, witch is needed a careful balance of the moulding conditions in all cavities, being particularly appropriated for the most difficult technical plastics.

DC550 - Temperature Controller

· Soft-Start - This function allows a soft heating of the resistor with reduced power, giving time to total elimination of the accumulated humidity in his interior, avoiding the destruction on the beginning and prolonging therefore his durability.

· Fast and Precision - Internally the DC550 calculates de variations of the temperature permanently (ºC/s) and reacts immediately controlling the percentage of the available potency in the output. Defining a value (with the marker) this value has a very small variation (0.1ºC) this is possible by the use of his  PID control.

· Trusted - It was foreseen a range of alarm protection and functions to make the DC550 safer and trusted, interrupting immediately the tension for the resistance in case of any alarm.

· Stability - The DC550 is insensitive to disturbances or fluctuations on the main power, and has a potency stage generously well measurabled.

· Modulability - The modular conception of the several systems allows a complete inter-mutability of the components, making easy to the maintenance operations.

· Easy to start - All systems are supplied with mould connection cables equipped with multi-polar plugs having all the connections for the resistors and thermocouples.
