Special machines

These are a few examples of machines studied by us accomplished in a way to encounter with our costumer’s expectations:

CNC machine with welding by supersonic sound waves

With an useful area of 1300x1000mm, this machine is constituted by 3 axis with numerical control and 2 movable tables that being activated independently by the program allow the welding of one peace while the operator prepares the next.

In the vertical axis, 2 welding modules are coupled with independent activation.

This machines was build to the welding of pieces in plastic for the automobile industry...

Automatic machine to shape plastic spherical pieces

This machine was projected to shape spherical surfaces in certain plastic peaces.

The peaces to shape are feeder automatically.

Another examples of machines manufactured by us:

· Machine to cut styrofoam by heat wire - Thought a PC we select the intended image or text/letters and we simply make “file—>print” then the machine will cut the styrofoam according to what is in the screen as if a plotter it is…

· Jigs machine - From one side of the machine we have one car of transport of boards (pilled up). The machine will get one of this boards to the centre of the machine (that as a table) and the robot will complete the board with pieces...when it’s completed the robot will give the information to the machine that could catch the same board and take-it to the other side of the machine, where another car have boards pilled up already.

CNC machine with welding by supersonic sound waves with acoustic isolation

With an useful area of 1200x1000mm, this machine is constituted by 3 axis with numerical control.

In the vertical axis, 1 welding module is coupled of great power.

It has an additional articulation that allows to rotate in the horizontal plan of 90º of the module of welding, allowing the welding in the periphery of a rectangle.

This machine was build to weald plastic pieces of a table of games to a factory of toys placed in Canada...
