We commercialize 2 types of robots, RB300CN that can be used in injection machines until 3000KN and the RB400CN that is marketed for machines up to 10000KN.

X and Z axis - This structure is made in a robust rectangular profile of steel.

Y axis - Is constituted by a special structured aluminium profile (MINITEC).

· All the axis have a precision linear guiding with linear ball bearing of re-circulation of spheres.

· Existence of a modular pneumatic control system that allows to be expanded in a way to accommodate futures outlying devices when intended.

· Possibility to control a high number of devices in the tool, such as: 2 articulations, 4 vacuum with vacuum monitors; 6 pincers circuits; peaces presence detector; pill up with auto-adjust through photoelectric cells.

· Output to transporter control with security photoelectric cells.

· 8 inputs and 6 auxiliary outputs that could serve to control external devices such as: scissors, gitos-cut, packing devices, scales for weight  control, etc.
