We have 2 types of accessories to make the quick change of robot-tools. The XRM-90 and the XRM-120.

Through manufactured to our robots, this accessories are totally compatible with the robots of other manufacturers.

Quick change of tools

· A Plug with 9 or 25 pins for the electrical connections.

· Thread holes for placement of bucins for the  fixation of the electrical cables.

· A group of joinings male to the pneumatic circuits, placed in the frontal face of the fixed device, and female for the removable device.

· Holes to screw thread M5 for the application of small records to use 4 or 6 mm polyurethane tube.

· Mechanical joining; female in the fixed part and male in the removable part, with 2 guides with a small cut. Manual fixation function through 2 holes thread.

· Group of holes in the anterior ant posterior faces for fixing in the robot (-B) or to the tool (-R).

In the devices we found:

The devices add a minimum thickness total to the tool of:

· XRM-90 - Base: 20 mm + Removable 15 mm = 35mm

· XRM-120 - Base: 25 mm + Removable 25 mm = 50mm

 

This system is formed by 2 complemented devices in that:

Fix device: Is found in the extremity of the vertical axis of the robot.

Removable device: Is adapted to the structure of the tool.

The fixing is made by introducing and coiling manually 2 latchkeys in the existent side holes placed on the fixed device.
